The item is in

cosmetic
condition. It was inspected and has scuffs and scratches on the outside of the PC from normal use. There are noticeable scratches on the rear of the PC

). There is a minor dent on the bottom edge of the PC (see picture #9).
All ports and connections are in good cosmetic condition and the screen is in
fair
condition. There are noticeable cracks on the right side of the screen (see picture #8). There is noticeable chipping in the screen on the right edge (see picture #8). There are noticeable scratches on the screen (see picture #8).
I was able to power on the PC. I was able to load the OS and test the software. I was able to surf the Internet using the built-in Wi-Fi and the Ethernet port. The FaceTime Camera, SD Card reader, Speakers, Microphone, Bluetooth, Headphone jack, Thunderbolt and USB ports are working.
OS Catalina is installed on this PC. OS Catalina is the highest operating system for this particular model/year. We do NOT recommend upgrading to Big Sur.
Comes with a black non-Apple power cord. No keyboard or mouse are included.
