USED - EXCELLENT CONDITION
This is a GE Decorator’s Choice 9 (2.74M) Foot Grand Spruce Pre-Lit Christmas Tree.  It has 612 C6 Lights and 2390 Branch Tips.  Easy to assemble, shape and decorate.  The rows have a different colored base so the assembly is simple.  Tree has flame retardant needles.  Lights on the tree are UL listed.  Branches fold away for easy storage.  The tree has an on/off foot pedal. Included are the Assembly Instructions.  Made in China expressly for Santa’s Best Craft, LLC.  It is in its’ original box.
Due to size and weight, this Christmas Tree must be picked up.  My zip code is 60477 (south suburbs of Chicago).
