This card was purchased in Paris, France by my friend, Lotje. She scours all the great cities of Europe for unusual and beautiful vintage and antique postcards.
This postcard was shipped from The Netherlands to the USA by Lotje.
On the front of this unusual vintage postcard is an art portrait of a beautiful Saint Bernard wearing a cask.    The pose is heartwarming!
On the back is no handwriting.   There is a manufacturer's message that indicates that the postcard was made in Zürich, Switzerland by Photoglob.
Measurements are approximately: 3.5" x 5.5" so this is a standard size postcard.  There are signs of wear on the postcard back, but the postcard is still easy to see and appreciate!  It is heartwarming!
