For sale with no reserve is our lovely and cute Tiny house on our private property that has a dock with private lake access.  Originally there was a double wide mobile home on the lot.  We cleared the double wide mobile home to build or to put a newer modular home.  Before we started on that project we built our Tiny house as a possible in-law suite on a preexisting structure which was built when the mobile home was first in place.  Again this is a Tiny house that was built on an existing building structure area.  Lake County has a very easy restrictions, literally anything is possible out here.
We have been living here since February 2021.  Our home is for sale now because we have decided to move to another state by the end of the year.  The Tiny home still has about 15% of work left, which are very minor things like exterior finishing, trims inside and painting and etc.  The property has no restrictions so you can build a new home, place a mobile home, and RV/travel trailer with no impact fees.  Property is lien free and up to date on taxes.  It will be sold has Warranty Deed and you will outright own the property.  Again there is nothing owed on this property, it is completely lien free.
