Velocity Systems Titanium ULV ballistic plates size small, front and rear multiple curve plates rated x39 and x45 multiple strike capable. These are missing the labels, but were purchased from the same department as others that I purchased 6 sets from, the other sets with labels were all manufactured in April 2015. These are priced cheaper than with labels, so a civilian can get a bargain on these extremely rare plates.
