Vintage 1910's Parlor Guitar Lyon Healy Preserved Low Action Ready To Play

Extensive Research points to this being made by the Regal company for Lyon & Healy Music Company.
Size, shape, build materials, inlay pattern, etc... match up to this.
Has had a few cracks and dings some of which are repaired, others not but are stable.
Bridge had been broken at one point but repaired, not sure how well it was done. Bridge-piece replaced.
Original tuning pegs. Action is low due to a neck reset at some point. Sounds really well and plays well with low action.
I did not do the repairs myself. I cannot attest to the stability as a whole, but it's difficult to find this guitar in this condition with low action that plays and sounds this good. Comes with chipboard case.
