Vintage MORRIS MD-520 Made In Japan acoustic guitar. Estate item as-found

This is a vintage “MORRIS MD-520 Made in Japan ” acoustic guitar from a local estate (no case). Beautiful wood quality and we read on line that they made good guitars in the 1970’s / 80’s. It doesn’t appear to have been played very much, but it definitely shows signs of age. It’s dusty, missing one string and peg, some scratches, and there’s a dent in bottom edge of back (see images), It’s not at all bad looking as-found and sounds awesome even on ancient strings so will be a great player, but needs a little attention so being sold exactly as-found / as-is for restoration or display.
